This episode changes gears a bit with a talk from an Industry Veteran. Dimos Vrysellas started animating professionally at the age of 17 and its been the only trade hes ever known. Its been 25 years of making magic from pencils, seeing the rise of software, learning from some of  best, and now starting passionate projects fueled mainly by willpower. Currently, Dimos is working at AIC Movie Inc.as a Director on their first CG animated film. Hes also  Director/Co Producer of The Ottoman animated short. Its co-produced by Luckbat Studios and Circus Ink Entertainment Ltd. If that weren't enough,  Dimos teaches as well at Animation Mentor, getting a huge kick out of helping new aspiring animators find their way. He shares a lot of valuable advice in his stories and 'preaching' about video reference/proper mechanics.
